This commit primarily adds GitHub Actions so the plugin can be released. * Added Github Actions for release and CI * Latest Grails 7.x, Groovy 4.x and Gradle 8.x versions * Updated documentation - Readme and Asciidocs * Added license file * Latest Java 17 version
