Calculate Overall Percent Agreement Between Datasets

Is there a way to create a summary statistic of the overall percent agreement between the two datasets?

Hi @benjaminwnelson I think the challenge for this would be that we could calculate this a number of ways. For instance, if column A has a different class in the two datasets, I don't know how to count that against a difference in a row, or different attributes in said column.

Perhaps if you can suggest the main use case for this kind of metric that might help in deciding how this would work?
