Is it possible to have a feature when reload our app in dev mode navigation session on native side should be cleared and start from fresh ?

@rodweb2103 Thanks for opening the issue. We will take a look at this to see if it's doable.
I guess for now (while it may be bit slow) you can completely reset the application to restart the session?

Yes i have to close the app and restart every time to start new session , that seems not comfortable while you are developing an app. Hope your next update will integrate that feature
