reason google/sqlcommenter-laravel v0.1.0-alpha requires open-telemetry/opentelemetry ~0.0.9 -> found open-telemetry/opentelemetry[dev-main, 1.0.0beta] but it does not match the constraint.

The problem here is that opentelemetry package 0.0.9 doesnt exist. I'm not sure how this is working.. Someone help..

I faced the same issues when I installed Laravel 10 and PHP 8.1.
