Support something like --helpfull which displays help for all subcommands

It would be really nice to have an option to show the help for all subcommands vs. having to run --help for each subcommand recursively.

I believe it would still take a little bit of code. The easiest approach I think would be to derive ArgsInfo for everything, then you could call get_args_info() on the top level command to retrieve the json of the entire command structure, then render it as needed.
