fix: remove deprecated LLM endpoint tests

Remove 5 test functions (create, get, list, update, delete) for
CatalogLlmEndpoint from test_catalog_organization.py along with
their VCR cassette fixtures. The LLM endpoint entity API has been
replaced by the LLM provider API.
