HowlerGlobal is not defined

The Problem

loading howler in a react router environment cause HowlerGlobal is not defined error.
I tried searching for this specific error, I have seen it reported for cases different than mine

create a react router and then try to load a sound. I wonder if this is related to the fact that the pages are rendered on the server? If so, what is the workaround?
