Blank white Page with "ACT" while push "Send" on a Meeting (yes, no, maybe)

Hello,
first thanks for this great extension. But i have one problem with it.

PHPBB: phpbb3.2
Mysql MySQL(i) 5.7.19
PHP 7.1.9-1+020170902060604.8+jessie1.gbpebe5d6

If i create a new Meeting and after i create 4 dates. If i choose in the field "Yes, No, Maybe" and push "Send" the Formular i get on a blank page with the text "ACT".

Please see #56 Your Problem is caused by the bridge to HJWs calendar, which is not finished and due to some incompatibilities (and because I don't personally need it anywhere) likely never will be finished.
