A GitHub Action that, on every pull request, packs the diff plus the full post-change content of every touched file into a single markdown artifact and posts a summary comment. The artifact is sized and formatted to drop into Claude / Cursor / any LLM as code-review context — the model gets to reason about callers, types, and the rest of the function, not just the diff. Released v1.0.0 (MIT) at https://github.com/Lucas2944/prpack-action/releases/tag/v1.0.0.
