Notes / Errors

• Serena MCP instability: After the initial activate_project success, the first find_symbol call returned an oversized answer; subsequent calls crashed the server with MCP error 0: connection closed: calling "tools/call": client is closing: EOF. The project activation portion of test 3 passed, but the symbol-search portion could not be completed.
• mcpscripts-gh: The MCP server does not expose a tool named mcpscripts-gh or gh. Substituted mcpscripts github_pr_query, which returned valid PR data.
• Test 17: No threads from this run's review comments were visible in the API by the time the test executed (safe outputs are processed asynchronously at end of run). Resolved an existing unrelated unresolved thread instead.
• Test 20: Skipped — no safe test/bot PR available to close.
