Proposition for the project

Good day,

I am a person with IT Telecommunication education, so in the past and current, I, comparatively, know quite a bit about Queuing theory.

And I am a Haskeller & maintainer.

Currently, I also do an assignment that is most efficient to do - by updating & publishing this project to Hackage.

Queuing theory is a great topic for me, & having a DLS for it in Haskell ecosystem seems a great idea & would help discoverability.

Hey @Anton-Latukha, I haven't had time to work on this recently, so don't hesitate to publish it to Hackage! I'd just ask that you write a note that it's not maintained by GitHub.
