Copilot-CLI adds cursor shadow, black prompt background, and prevents vterm buffer scrolling in Emacs

Describe the bug

At 00:00, you can see the prompt background is too dark.
At 00:08, you can see the shadow.
At 00:25, you can see I cannot scroll up because Emacs reports it is the beginning of the buffer.

Affected version

1.0.51

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. install emacs, in emacs, install vterm
2. M-x vterm, will start vterm in emacs
3. run copilot-cli in vterm
4. execute /update multiple times to print more than one screen of text

Two months ago, copilot-cli didn't have these issues.
