Chronicle command does not work in Copilot CLI v1.0.10

@andrader - do you have experimental enabled? This feature is currently only available in experimental mode. If you have it enabed, you should see this when you start the CLI:

 🧪 Experimental mode is enabled. These features are not stable, may have bugs, and may be removed in the future

If you don't have it enabled, you can turn it on by starting the CLI with copilot --experimental
