Getting an error when using Copilot CLI on macOS

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Type anything
The error pops up after a few seconds

Expected behavior

Copilot CLI should just work, or explain the error better at least.

I figured out the issue from scouting logs, but how do I change the search URL to the proper one? That URL generates a 404, which I can confirm in the browser. How do I A) find the right URL and B) ensure it's used when trying to find MCP server?

I figured it out: It was being overridden by a setting in my Github Organization. For anyone else having this issue, make sure you have the correct registry URL in your Github Org. The proper URL is
