Must currently use allow-all, or constantly respond to grant access to bash tools
Proposed solution
It would be nice if in the config.json, we could configure a whitelist of bash tools to allow. Things such as grep, xargs, gradlew, etc., are fairly harmless and I would feel comfortable allowing these to always run. However, I would pretty much never use /allow-all due to the risk. I would also like this whitelist to persist across sessions.
