No live output from agent as it works until agent turn is over #2116

Describe the bug
Sometimes when the agent is working there is no live output other than the status text above the input field until the agent completely ends its turn, and then all of a sudden all of the tool call steps and intermediate text output shows up along with the final agent text output. Never saw this behavior before version 1.0.7, only noticed it after upgrading.
Sometimes I'm able to get it to fix itself by scrolling or clicking around, but sometimes it's totally stuck until the agent turn is over.
