`/review` broke the app

Describe the bug

Started a /review with a specific model (gtp 5.2 codex) while defaulting to Opus 4.5 and got this exception. After that, any key stroke renders a code but nothing else can be done.

  ERROR  Rendered fewer hooks than expected. This may be caused by an accidental early return statement.
