Switching from Codex 5.2 to Opus 4.5 in ongoing session results in error #1072
Description
Start a session in Copilot CLI with Codex 5.2. After a few turns with tool calls switch model to Opus 4.5. See error: Model call failed: tool call must have a tool call ID and function name (Request ID: 95AB:22B92:C11430:D5FA84:6970CA21)
