Chat mode to be available like plan mode and auto accept mode

We need to add features like plan mode and auto accept mode, so agent plan in the CLI as well and run without an intrusion when auto accept mode

Hey @aman-gill-97,

Look into custom agents for defining as many custom "chat modes" as you wish! We're also looking at other ways to more deeply embed planning into the core agentic loop, stay tuned!

For "auto accept," look into copilot --allow-all-paths --allow-all-tools, but BE CAREFUL! This will give Copilot access to run any command in any directory on your machine, which may lead to disastrous outcomes if you aren't careful! I'd recommend only running AI agents in auto accept modes in a dedicated VM/container/sandbox.
