I've got a question about Docker, I'd like to get answered for clarification

In your MCP Server section of your README, it says in part:

You'll need to have Docker installed and running to run the server.

I'm wondering if you intend the user to be using a Linux distro, such as Ubuntu? Or can I use a Windows Docker container?

The container image is a Linux based container image. You can run it on Windows using Docker for Windows and enabling WSL support to run the Linux container.

Some years ago I installed Docker on my Windows machine. Then when I configured which OS to use, I chose Windows. I am not regretting that. How do I get rid of that OS image and use Linux with the Ubuntu distro?
