github/advisory-database pipeline looks outdated #7263
Description
I noticed some warnings while reviewing the actions/workflow of my PR submission in the ensure-base-is-staging check.
In addition, I feel like the github/actions needs some attention, for example bumping versions and perhaps a review of pinned versions to immutable SHA commits?
