COG layer GFI display error on Cesium

Description

The identify does not work for COG layer on 3D mode

How to reproduce

• Open a map with a COG layer: https://dev-mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/mapstore/#/context/COG/49310
• Click on 3D mode
• Click a feature on map

Expected Result

The GFI panel opens and the information is displayed

Current Result

The GFI opens and the following error appears:
There is no information available for this point

• Not browser related
