Dependencies can appear multiple times on mods that depend on mods with dependencies

sorry i have no idea how to title this 😭
When viewing dependencies on the online index mods can appear multiple times if dependent mods require similar mods. It would probably make more sense to remove duplicates + have the most important requirements highlighted (ie required will be shown if one dependent mod recommends it's own optional dependency while the main mod requires that same mod).

I think this is best suited for https://github.com/geode-sdk/server but not sure, but for the person that will implement the fix, here is an explanation of why its happening:
A mod (mod A) that depends on another mod (mod B) and both of these mods depend on mod C, will show a duplicate of mod C. Solution is to take the priority of the dependency (whether its required or suggested), the highest version, and to remove the other occurences that dont match.

Yeah backend makes more sense. I was thinking of formatting the result on front end for some reason my bad 😓
