--fpga_restore sets gateware 1.28 but latest is 1.30

i think spectrogram --fpga_restore = 1.28 but i think i normally am on 1.30 gateware
no big deal because i can use limesuitegui or limeutil to auto update but i figure i might tell you since you are here
