Allow for true isolation at setup

While I can appreciate the level of excitement to get this out and into peoples workflow, having gstack dropped into my global claude profile was not a goal I had. Creating a fork of an active project and isolating gstack for evaluation into that project workspace was.

Providing a install method that allows for a refined targeted install would be a nice feature (or just prompt instructions to guide the user on doing that correctly.)

Implemented in #271 - adds a --local flag so you can install gstack into the project's .claude/skills/ directory instead of the global one.

Fixed in PR #271 (merged in Wave 3, #359). setup --local installs gstack into .claude/skills/ in the current project for true isolation.
