This is probably just me, but it would be nice to have "programmable" hot keys, yes this could be done from the OS, but I connect from various systems, office, home, laptop etc. so if the hotkeys were in the app it wouldn't matter the system/os I'm connecting from.
An example I've played with is Ctrl-; to insert a date/time (like Excel) in my preferred format (yyyy-mm-dd HH:MI, almost working, moves the cursor to the end of the note after insert, and I haven't bothered figuring that out.)
I can see the programmable part being quite cumbersome, but it's just a suggestion, not a priority at all.
