Include repositories in which the data package is named differently

Overview

The current query extracts only repositories that have a file in the root directory named exactly datapackage.json. Files named anything else, e.g. using the multilingual pattern I proposed, like datapackage.en.json, do not appear in the search results.

If there is a way to find repositories that have a data validation badge in the README it might solve this and #2.
