Newbie help for coverage testing #12

Apologies if I'm posting incorrectly here. I'm just starting out FS development.
What I can't see from your example here is how I can trigger the catch withing the to() function?
Without it I can't obtain enough code coverage to package.
I'd appreciate any advice to a new starter.
