UI freezes when discarding multiple large files (Windows 10)

Description:
When discarding multiple large files at once, Fork becomes unresponsive ("Not Responding"). The discard operation actually completes successfully in the background, but I have to force restart Fork to see the updated file status.

Steps to reproduce:

Select multiple large files (>500MB each) in Changes tab

Right-click → Discard

Fork UI freezes and shows "Not Responding"

Force close via Task Manager

Reopen Fork → files are successfully discarded

Expected: UI stays responsive or shows progress during discard

Actual: UI freezes, requires restart

Environment:

Windows 10

Fork version: 2.17.1.0

I encountered the same issue. It gets stuck every time after discard, even though the file processing is completed. Just close the Fork software and restart the repository, and it should be fine.
