cannot call blank delete on dataMod

Cannot use step definition 'I do not have any "xyz" fixtures' because of not having access to the primary key at the point of call made. An exception gets thrown stating that the where clause has not been provided. Solutions:

• Either remote the exception to allow a blank delete
• Fetch primary key to form a basic where clause primaryKey => '!NULL'
