createFixture call does not consider default data when checking the uniqueColumn for deletion

The createFixture call available for each dataMod does not consider the default data provided when checking and deleting an existing record with the uniqueColumn parameter. This would be very helpful if we're working with foreign keys and the deletion is based on foreign keys. (Not strictly foreign keys).
