BUG: E-Mail Account needs username field

Describe the bug

Some email providers have a username which is not equal to the email address.

To reproduce

config.json
if I use my username in "email": "USERNAME",
receiving emails works.

But when I try to send an email I get an error
Failed to send email: 504 5.5.2 : Sender address rejected: need fully-qualified address

If i use my email "email": "email@domain.com"
then fetching emails doesnt work.

Expected behavior

seperate username field for emaiil accounts

Hey, there!

In the contextual tips, it says, that the fetch_email (Email address) should be added in case the username ≠ the email.

Please, try that.

If that does not work, please, give us your provider to investigate the issue further.

in config json I got
"email": "USERNAME",
"fetch_email": "name@domain.com"

This combination allows me to fetch emails and see the inbox.
But not to send emails

I can create an email account on my server (hosted by https://all-inkl.com/) if it helps.
