UX, General Settings: use positive option names

• instead of Disable Image Display use Show Images
• instead of Hide Contextual Tips use Show Contextual Tips
• instead of Disable Notifications use Show Notifications

That would make understanding it easier (reduce cognitive load).

@tmssngr this issue might be a bit complicated. Someone will definitely have time and skill to swap the true/false for these parameters, and @andriy-chernov will do the translations (officially translated English, Ukrainian and Russian)
