Fix audio card naming under Linux

Currently all analog audio cards in our images get called ES8388 in the GUI, which is confusing. Fix it so that the actual sound card name is used

The "ES8388" label probably comes from the model property in the simple-audio-card DTS node (or the card's compatible fallback). A quick way to confirm:

cat /proc/asound/cards
# or
aplay -l

If it shows ES8388 the device tree has the wrong simple-audio-card,name value. The fix is a one-line DTS change:

    compatible = "simple-audio-card";
    simple-audio-card,name = "flipper-one-nau8822";   // change this
    ...
};

The kernel picks up simple-audio-card,name as the ALSA card name shown in /proc/asound/cards and all ALSA tools. If that property is missing, the kernel falls back to the codec driver's name field, which for old ES8388 DTS stubs would have been inherited.

Worth checking the DTS for any remaining es8388 or ES8388 references left over from a reference board template and replacing them with nau8822.
