Run an initial set of the mocha tests in the CI #158
Description
Context
PR #157 adds a command line interface (CLI) for the current mocha tests. We'd like to run many of these tests automatically when new code is committed to this repo and when pull requests are submitted.
Currently some of the mocha tests fail with errors. This will be addressed independently of adding the tests to the CI. That said, we'll want to avoid running those tests in the CI until they're known to be current and trustworthy tests. For the moment we'll pick an initial set of tests to run in the CI where those tests pass and we're relatively satisfied the tests are returning trustworthy results.
