Describe the bug

With low min sdk versions(right now 24) for android flet build apk doesn't include certifi inside a build, even if it specified in dependencies.

I suggest forcing certifi inside builds.

Problem solved with turning on --split-per-abi

I gave it a try on my end, but cannot reproduce your issue. Below are the two files i have in my folder:
