feat: Add endpoints for provisioning infrastructure; mariadb, mysql, redis, cerbot nginx etc

For example mysql.

This will involve configuring things like database network, nginx, apache etc...

Currently users have to manually create db, and its network and mark it as infrastructure.

The setup command on the server should provision certbot for use as expected by the agent.

It does appear that a default network database is created but this is just one example about 1 infra type

So certbot is used on the fly and just needs some configs in the settings... Like does not need anything else
