WP Filebase still active

I am just wondering if this plugin is still active and maintained? We are reworking a website of ours and going to reinstall and setup this plugin but not sure as there hasnt been much activity on here.

Anyone else know?

He seems to have disappeared paid download links are broken, doesn't answer emails .. etc etc

Could you let us know if you're still maintaining this plugin, at least for security fixes and upward compatibility with WordPress? If not, it would be helpful if users could be better aware of it to start looking for alternative solutions.

I'd say that after 4 years without updates, this plugin is basically dead. It's time to move on... especially because it's quite hard to 'port' this plugin to PHP 8.0, it depends way too much on PHP 5 (and earlier!) functionality.
