Possibility to disable notification on component change

Hello,

Here is my scenario:
You have many components in a group and you change severals components, a subscriber received as many emails as there are component changes.

Is it possible to disable email notification when composent change ? (as the same thing there is in a incident creation: 'notify subscribers').

=> In this case, it will be usefull when create an incident and notify subscribers in one mail, then change component without notifiy subscribers.
