Hide default email sign-in in FirebaseAuthSwiftUI

In v16.0.0 using FirebaseAuthSwiftUI with email-sign enabled, this is presented as the default option. I don't want it to presented as the default option. Please make it configurable.

I'm talking about this piece of code in AuthService:

So if emailSignInEnabled is true, there is always an email sign-in block that's rendered on top.

@JoniGoos - that's the way the default views are designed. Email/password appears above the auth buttons. If you don't want that to happen, then you don't have to enable it. You could create your own email/password button and pass it to AuthService.registerProvider() and it would be rendered as an auth button. You could then create your own email/password View and use that button to push the user to that View.
