[Feature]: Add the ability to fold folders and select/unselect subfolders

Problem Statement

When a user is indexing a folder with many subfolders, the panel for selecting folders to restrict the query becomes unusable.

Proposed Solution

Add the ability for the folders to be folded and to auto-select/unselect the subfolders when a folder is selected/unselected.

There should also be 3 different icons to represent a folder:

• Unselected
• Selected
• Partially Selected (at least one subfolder is not selected)

By default, folding all folders can also improve the readability.

Alternatives Considered

DocFetcher integrates the first part of the solution (see picture below). Something similar could be integrated in DocFinder .

Use Cases

When the user indexes a folder with many sunfolders, he needs to be able to select the folders to restrict the query.
