BUG: Multisite support

Describe the bug

When installed on a multisite instance of WordPress, the plugin does not detect that CF7 is installed, and cannot be "network activated". It can still be activated on an individual sites in the network one-by-one, so this is not a major problem. But it would be nice to have proper support for WordPress Multisite.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the cf7-repeatable-fields plugin into a multisite instance of WordPress
2. View the installed plugins and note the error message

Or maybe this is the expected behaviour? Is it because CF7 has not been "network activated"? So only AFTER CF7 is "network activated" can then CF7 repeatable fields be "network activated"?
