New Extractors for NeoGeo games from Amazon Games/GOG/Steam (Metal Slug 1, 2, X + The Last Blade + Twinkle Star Sprites)

Hey guys, so some of you may be aware that recently Mr. Sujano announced Terminatorshex's script to extract MAME compatible roms from Metal Slug 1, 2 & X. I wanted to just create a page here for this, and also add that I have posted a couple scripts to also extract 'The Last Blade' and 'Twinkle Star Sprites'.

For my ones, all you have to do is download the .bat and .py files and place in the 'resources/game' folder and run the bat file
