NDS "Macro" Support

First of all, thank you for the fun Nethack port. It has been fun to play.

Would you be willing to add an NDS "Macro" mode for NDS users like me that only have the bottom screen on their NDS? If so, I think the following changes would greatly improve my playing experience:

• 1. Display the last message on the main tile map (possibly at the top?)
• 2. Map a button (possibly the right trigger button?) to screen swap the top and bottom screens
• 3. Center-crop the screen to 240px*160px so that users can still see all tiles on the screen.

Screen shots to hopefully better communicate what I'm asking. (Note: on this specific NDS "Macro" I have a hardware screenswap mod, which is what is letting me switch between the two screens but that isn't a normal thing for NDS "Macros").
