Experiment with lazy loading

To make users only pay for what they use, ultimately avoiding loading all generators by default, we need to experiment with lazy loading the generators.

This issue is to assess how much work it would be to implement lazy loading, compare benchmarks and the pros and cons of maintainability, fewer breaking changes, easier adoption factors as guiding points.
