L4_Sleep can work?

Here is my code:

It works well.

At line 23 I would like to use L4_Sleep(L4_TimePeriod(1000)); to replace for loop.
But I found it doesn't work.
Is is normal?

@gnitnaw L4_TimePeriod takes microseconds as argument.
