Detect trojan threat on Virustotal.com

Platform: Windows
Eza Version: >= v0.21.4

Dear Devs,

I have just installed eza on Windows.

When I check the eza.exe file (v0.21.4) on VirusTotal (www.virustotal.com), it shows a trojan threat detection:

The latest eza.exe file (v0.23.4) is also being flagged:

There was no detection before v0.21.4, so I suspect the issue originated starting with v0.21.4.
I am not sure about this detection issue and hope the Devs can review the code from v0.21.4 to the latest version.
