To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Fancy Toolbar
  2. Click on '.🔽.' if the Toolbar is in the upper right of your screen
  3. This should display your actively used software, apps, etc.

Expected behavior

The system tray should display all active/background applications — e.g., Microsoft Defender, Telegram, VPN clients, Discord, etc.

Actual Behavior:
The system tray expands, but the popup is empty.

Evidence

Additional context

Notes / Additional Information:

This issue occurs even on Windows 11 when using v2.4.9 msix.
The Nightly version of Seelen UI works perfectly fine on Windows 11, the system tray displays icons correctly.

Unfortunately, the Nightly build cannot run on Windows 10, as it requires a certification of some sort. Installing via .exe didn't work as well.
Refer to the screenshot attached : Nightly via msix update

Environment:
OS: Windows 10 (_ #and Windows 11 for testing_)
Seelen UI version: v2.4.9 (msix)
Nightly build: Works correctly on Win11; incompatible with Win10

Thanks!
