[BUG] Wallpaper issues

I tried putting on an animated wallpaper, but it wasn't moving. I'm not on a laptop, so i don't have battery saver mode on. Another issue i have is the slideshow setting. I try turning it on and it works as intended, but i try to turn it off, but it still flips through my wallpapers. I click save/apply when i turn it off/on, but its like i didn't even try to turn it off.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the SeelenUI settings menu and on wallpaper manager.
2. Click on "Randomise slideshow" and set the time to whatever you want
3. Click on "Save"
4. See error

I want to have a 2 different wallpapers that i can swap between whenever i want, not for the software to switch it automatically.

Thank you for the fix, but now the wallpaper keeps flickering and being slower than usual. I set everything to disabled, should i change it to minimal? also, the slideshow bug is still present.
