[FEAT] The animation of the Windows 11 Start menu is weirdly cut off

When I open the Windows Start menu, I always notice the way it cuts downward as it opens, and I don’t find that very aesthetic

Well, I’m not sure how this could be fixed. Maybe the Start menu could be layered directly under the taskbar so that the cut wouldn’t be visible? Or perhaps it could appear from the very bottom of the screen. But i don’t really know if that’s possible
